Private Instruction: One-on-one bead making instruction for both beginner and Intermediate level students. Private instruction allows for more latitude in terms of what direction the course may take, permitting us to focus on each individual's special interests.

All courses touch on a whole series of important techniques such as gravity balance, encasement, stringer decoration, working with gold & silver etc. The 20-hour course allows for even more focused attention on each, in addition to more time for creating your own designs.

Group Rates: 2 Person Special pricing is available for those who sign up in groups of two. Class size is limited to 2 students, which allows for personalized assessment, feedback, instruction and supervision. For group rates to apply all instruction time must occur with both students present at the same time.

Our instruction packages include all the materials necessary to complete the course, as well as a 10% discount on items sold in our store, including beading supplies, lampworking supplies, finished jewelry etc. At course end we also supply each student with access to a web page containing a list of all the items needed to set up your own glass bead making studio, with links directly to a number of different bead making supply companies and lampwork forums. We are proud to say that many of our students have continued on from our 12-hour course to set up their own studios, starting their own businesses making and selling glass beads and designer jewelry. Each session is limited to 4 hours. We've found it's at that point that students tend to tire and productivity wanes. We can schedule up to two sessions per day, once in the morning, and once after lunch. The 12-hour course is generally completed in 2 or 3 days. The 9-hour course can be squeezed into one day but is best completed in two. The 6-hour course can be completed in either 1 or 2 days.

A non-refundable 100.00 Euro deposit is required to hold the dates you select (20-Hour course deposit is 200.00 Euro). We do this because pre-booking is a very important part of how we find clients and last-minute cancellations leave holes in the schedule that are difficult to fill. For those of you registering in advance of your arrival, we can provide you with a way to pay the deposit online via our secure server. Torch Rental: For experienced beadmakers and those wishing to continue their education by renting time at the torch to work on their own.

10-Hour Torch Rental Package 110.00 Euro (*Includes Glass & kiln time)

The 10 & 20 hour torch rental packages each include your glass and kiln time to anneal your beads. Silver, gold etc. is not included. These items can be purchased separately.

*There are two types of glass that are not included in this package: Filigrana & Rubino. These can be purchased separately.

Prepared mandrels are included in all torch rental options.

Torch rental can occur in the morning, afternoon or evening but must be scheduled in advance. There is a minimum rental time of one hour.
